Winter Berry Punch

A refreshing and vibrant Winter Berry Punch, blending seasonal berries with citrus and sparkling water for a naturally sweet and festive drink perfect for chilly days.

  • 2 cups mixed winter berries (cranberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the mixed winter berries, cranberry juice, orange juice, and grated fresh ginger.
  2. Stir in honey or maple syrup if using, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and chill.
  4. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
  5. Add the orange and lemon slices to the punch for added flavor and visual appeal.
  6. Serve in glasses garnished with fresh mint leaves and a few whole berries.

Notes

For a festive adult version, add a splash of vodka or white rum. You can also freeze some berries to use as ice cubes to keep the punch cold without watering it down.
