Pumpkin Fluff is a light and creamy no-bake dessert combining pumpkin puree with whipped cream and warm spices, perfect for a festive fall treat.

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Optionally, fold in mini marshmallows and chopped pecans for added texture.
  4. Refrigerate the pumpkin fluff for at least 1 hour to set and chill.
  5. Serve chilled as a light dessert or side dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before serving or serve with gingersnap cookies for dipping.
