A creamy, layered Pistachio Lush Dessert featuring pistachio pudding, whipped topping, and crunchy nuts, perfect for a delightful and elegant treat.

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  4. Spread the pistachio pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts and pistachios on top for crunch and visual appeal.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best results.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top before serving.
