  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and chia seeds, then blend again until ice is crushed and seeds are well incorporated.
