  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a large baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
