  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined and creamy.
  6. Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
