No Bake Eggnog Pie

This creamy and festive No Bake Eggnog Pie is the perfect holiday dessert, combining rich eggnog flavor with a smooth, velvety texture in a simple graham cracker crust.

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggnog and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. In a separate chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the eggnog pudding mixture until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle additional ground nutmeg over the top for garnish.

Notes

For an adult twist, add 2 tablespoons of spiced rum or bourbon to the filling mixture. Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
