  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed pork rinds or almond flour on top before baking.
