Grilled BBQ Boneless Chicken Thighs

Juicy and flavorful boneless chicken thighs grilled to perfection and slathered in a tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken thighs with the spice mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush both sides generously with BBQ sauce.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, use a charcoal grill or add wood chips to your gas grill. Serve with grilled vegetables or corn on the cob for a complete meal.
