This easy Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti is a creamy, comforting dish perfect for busy weeknights, combining tender chicken with cheesy spaghetti slow-cooked to perfection.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir to mix well.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Break the spaghetti into smaller pieces and add to the crockpot, gently mixing to submerge in the liquid.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the spaghetti is tender and the mixture is bubbly.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheeses until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, top with crispy fried onions or serve with a side of garlic bread.
