  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Add biscuit baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix thoroughly.
  4. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
