Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Crispy, sweet cinnamon tortilla chips make a delightful snack or dessert accompaniment that’s quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
  5. Cut each tortilla into 6–8 wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the chips are crispy and golden, flipping halfway through baking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

For extra indulgence, serve with a side of chocolate sauce or fruit salsa for dipping.
