  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, washed and halved
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, washed and halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the halved green and red grapes to the bowl and gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving dish or bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans and brown sugar to create the crunchy topping.
  5. Sprinkle the pecan and brown sugar mixture evenly over the top of the grape salad.
  6. Chill the grape salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
