Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel bananas and slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to create the caramel mixture.
  4. Gently toss banana slices in the caramel mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
