Brazilian Mounjaro recipe

Brazilian Mounjaro is a vibrant and flavorful Brazilian-inspired dish combining grilled meats with fresh tropical spices for a deliciously unique taste.

  • 500g beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with olive oil, garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef slices until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm the black beans and white rice separately.
  5. To serve, place a bed of rice, top with black beans, grilled beef, and sautéed vegetables.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and avocado slices.
  7. Serve immediately with additional lime wedges if desired.

Notes

For added authenticity, serve with a traditional Brazilian side of farofa or a fresh mango salsa to enhance the tropical flavors.
