A refreshing and nutritious Berry Spinach Smoothie packed with antioxidants and vitamins, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and berries thoroughly.
  2. Add the spinach, mixed berries, banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
  5. Blend again briefly to combine all ingredients.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending or use frozen berries.
